Refund policy

Our return policy is 30 days. This begins from the time your package was delivered. The item must be unworn and have no signs of wear or damage.

A bundle can only be returned as a complete set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange

TILO Jewelry has the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

Although we do not cover international return postage, we still accept international returns.
